Artists from all over the state are invited to submit their works to the 4th Biennial ARTSfest, juried art show scheduled for September 26th at Grace Court in the beautiful West End Neighborhood of Winston-Salem. This regional art show draws thousands of arts lovers from all over North Carolina to enjoy a day of the highest quality art, music, food and fun available in the state.
